Hello,
just a suggestion here to help the game become more balanced. I think it would help if each realm had a set maximum number of accounts that can be opened so people will have to join other realms if one realm is full. This way we won't run into issues like we're seeing now where Evil always has 2-3x more players than Chaos or Good (that now has close to 0). The game definitely would be more enjoyable if all the realms had similar number of players.
I could see some people still abusing this by creating multiple accounts in a single realm to fill up all the spots, but as with anything those can be monitored and adjusted manually by staff. For example, if an account is inactive for an extended period of time or if several players report certain toons being created to just hold space, staff can manually confront those account holders and delete as necessary. To mitigate these issues, if the WHO ALL command shows all toons regardless of whether they are online or not, people can monitor and report as necessary. The current form of WHO ALL could be changed to WHO CURRENT so people don't have to see a long list of toon names that are offline if they don't want to.
Let me know your thoughts.
