Rogue:
Evasion chance: Appears to be slightly lower possibly the same as before not enough testing to be sure
Damage Mitigation: Appears to take less damage from hits in same hunting areas
Attk Stat: Is now the same in Agressive as it used to be in Normal +2 i think
General Info: All Sneak attack bonus and attk modifiers seem to be untouched
Stab: Pass/Fail seems to be the same as well as damage output
Hide/Sneak: Unchecked
PvP: Unchecked
That is all i noticed. Whether its helpful or not... Probably not. We seem the same though generally speaking.
